PTA Masked Ball

Help – what are all these people in masks doing? Is it a hold up, a secret society: no, it was the PTA Masquerade Ball. Masks of every shape, size and type were on show giving that little bit of mystique to those one thought one should know but weren’t sure of.
The marquee in the grounds of Junior Boys was positively magnificent and took the guests into another world with chandeliers, beautiful table decorations and a brilliant checkerboard dance floor. A three course meal was enjoyed with musical accompaniment from the group including a ‘guest’ appearance from Maintenance Manager, Steve Bushell, who sang his heart out!
An auction operated using tablets for guests to make their bids on for a massive range of experiences – pictures and other goods as well as days out, meals and much more.
Altogether a brilliant evening was had by over 350 guests who had eaten, drunk, danced and chatted their evening away in beautiful surroundings.
Well done to those who put in so much hard work to make this an outstandingly successful and enjoyable event. And thank you to all that attended and revelled in their efforts.
