The School operates an extensive coach service covering many local towns and villages.
Reserve a Seat
If you require the coach for 2022-23 school year, please use our coach booking system here. Our booking system will guide you through the process. You can also use the handy postcode look up to find your nearest stop and route.

Annual Pass - NOT AVAILABLE IN 2022-23
Until the cost of fuel stabilises, we will not offer an annual pass, and bookings will be made on a per academic term basis. We will inform parents when annual passes are available again.
Term Pass
Valid for an academic term, available on a return basis or a single one-way basis and are priced accordingly. This pass must be booked in advance for the term and will be invoiced.
Regular Trips Per Week Pass
Suitable for those making regular, but less than five journeys (one-way) per week. This pass must be booked in advance for the term and will be invoiced.
AD-HOC BOOKINGS
Suitable for those requiring a temporary transport solution. These bookings are only available on a single day return ticket basis.

Emergency and Severe Weather Information
In the event of severe weather and snow the School and coach operators will decide by 6.30am whether the coach service will operate. The School will send a text message and supporting email with a simple announcement on whether the school is open or closed. The School website and social media channels will carry the most up to date information regarding any issues and the weather and travel line on each site will also be updated.
Cancellation Policy
Vehicles are organised on the basis of those we anticipate travelling for the year and therefore sufficient notice of cancellation is required. Parents are requested to give the School a term’s notice of cancellation of transport. In the event of a term pass cancellation then the 'regular trips per week' rate will be used to calculate any refund due.
