The Outdoor and Adventure programme at Claires Court enables Senior Girls to sail, raft build, hike, camp, and learn from the challenges provided by our local and regional natural environment.
Sailing runs throughout the year and the School competes regularly against other schools and universities, as well as taking part in national and international competitions. The sailing is based at a local lake and the schools owns a large fleet of boats.
From Year 9 girls can embark on The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme, taking them through to Silver and Gold Expeditions in the New Forest or the Brecon Beacons giving our girls a view on life that universities and employers are looking for.
The Outdoor Education website provides more information about these activities.
